This flexible approach lets us ensure that you never run out
of oil by putting in place a scheduled delivery system. We know
when to make your next delivery, which keeps you from running
out of oil prior to delivery. This program is available at no
extra cost.
As this is the most efficient mode for delivering oil –
we urge members to strongly consider becoming an automatic customer.

We offer all Automatic Delivery customers the opportunity to
purchase some – or all – of your oil for the next
heating season at a cap price. Simply stated, ‘cap price’
means you will never pay more than the ‘guaranteed price’
no matter how high the oil prices may rise. This facility ensures
that in the event of market or political uncertainties, the price
you pay for heating oil will not be more than the guaranteed price.
Should the retail price drop below our guaranteed price, you will
pay the lower rate.
This program is available at no extra cost.
Should you move out of your home, please contact us to ensure
the automatic delivery is discontinued.

Being a Will Call Customer is best for consumers who want to
monitor their oil tanks. As a Will Call Customer you are responsible
for contacting us when oil is required.
Should you prefer to monitor your own supply of heating oil we
strongly recommend the following:
- We urge you not to let your tank fall below a quarter tank
of oil;
- Please allow sufficient lead-time for delivery during regular
business hours. Severe weather and hazardous road conditions
must be considered in your lead-time;
- Our minimum delivery is 100 gallons
