General Billing
Whether you choose our Automatic
Delivery or Will Call
Delivery option, a copy of the delivery ticket will be left
wth you showing the date of the delivery and the amount of the
product delivered. Within several days of delivery an invoice
will be mailed, along with a self-addressed return envelope for
payment.
Payments are due by the date indicated on your invoice or statement.
Late charges are applied on past due accounts.

Our budget plan program, or equal payment plan, is designed
to save you money and lets you spread your winter heating costs
and Oil Burner Service plan over a 12-month period. This plan
has many advantages for you, the customer:
- Allows you to spread the cost of your central heating oil
over easy monthly payments;
- Allows for small payments to be made during periods of greatest
usage;
- Allows you to budget for your oil in a manner that suits
your individual needs;
- Eliminates the possibility of finance charges or service
fees of any kind

Deliveries may also be paid for on a Cash On Delivery (COD)
basis. Simply make our dispatchers aware prior to the delivery
to accommodate this need.

The ABCD (Action for Bridgeport Community Development)
Energy Assistance program allows low-income families to cope with
their heating costs by allotting them funds. To qualify for this
program you must apply for assistance at your local Department
of Social Services. The ABCD Energy Assistance program is available
to income eligible households in Bridgeport, Stratford, Trumbull,
Fairfield, Monroe, or Easton.
