 
Service Agreements
Visconti Fuel offers two Service Agreements so you can select
the level of protection that is right for you. Each plan is designed
to maximize efficiency, extend equipment life, and provide a higher
level of attentive service.
Service agreements are automatically renewed each year. You
will be billed previous to expiration. If you choose not to renew,
simply contact your Visconti Fuel representative.
Plan 1 – Full 24-Hour Coverage Plan
This plan provides you with a pre-season oil burner tune-up,
vacuum cleaning of furnace or boiler, and smoke pipe (if needed)
to give you maximum efficiency.
This plan covers all emergency no heat service twenty-four
hours a day, seven days a week, parts and labor for one
year beginning the date the contract is due and paid.
This plan is charged at $250.00 plus tax/annum.
Any part listed below will be repaired or replaced for 1 year
without extra charge**:

- Circulator Coupling
- Circulator Motor (1 only)

In addition to this plan, the following applies:
- Annual service must be scheduled Monday thru Friday, 8:00
AM – 2:30 PM only
- A service call is considered an emergency when the heat in
the main zone is off. Oil smells, noises, and no hot water calls
are not considered to be an emergency, and will be dealt with
during normal working hours; or these calls will be billed according
to prevailing rates, parts and labor
- If part is Not covered by the plan, labor will be charged
- Any parts not listed above are Not covered by the plan
- If serviceman is dispatched for a problem that results in
any switches off, customer will be charged labor
Plan A – Full 24-Hour Coverage Plan
This plan is designed for customers with a separate oil-fired
water heater. Plan A may only be purchased in addition
to Plan 1. This plan covers all service calls during
the hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.
This plan does not cover after-hour calls, nor weekends or holidays.
Service calls during these days or after normal business hours
will be billed accordingly (parts and labor). This plan does not
cover annual oil burner tune-up.
This plan is charged at $100.00 plus tax/ per annum.
In addition to this plan, the following applies:
- Annual service must be scheduled Monday thru Friday, 8:00
AM – 2:30 PM only
- A service call is considered an emergency when the heat in
the main zone is off. Oil smells, noises, and no hot water calls
are not considered to be an emergency, and will be dealt with
during normal working hours; or these calls will be billed according

- If part is Not covered by the plan, labor will be charged
- Any parts not listed above are Not covered by the plan

24 Hour Emergency Burner Service
During the life of your Service Agreement, Visconti Fuel will
provide dependable, prompt emergency service 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
A service call is considered an emergency when the heat in the
main zone is off. Oil smells, noises, and no hot water calls are
not considered to be an emergency, and will be dealt with during
normal working hours; or these calls will be billed according
to prevailing rates, parts and labor.
All other regular services will be performed during normal business
hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4.30 pm.
Annual Burner Cleaning and Maintenance
Our annual maintenance will ensure that your heating system is
running as efficiently and trouble-free as possible.
This once-a-year service involves – but is not limited
to - the following:
- We will clean your oil burner
- We will replace the filter cartridge
- We will inspect flues and stack
- We will lubricate the blower or water pump motor
- We will check the draft stablizer
- We will inspect strainers and nozzles
- We will adjust air and oil mixtures
- We will adjust ignition
- We will check controls and switches
- We will cement air leaks
Additional charges may be assessed if regular maintenance has
not been performed or equipment is neglected, damaged or obsolete.
Any parts & repairs at time of service or during the heating
season will be additional charges at rate in effect.
We currently offer FREE cleaning and efficiency testing to all
new customers who sign up for automatic oil delivery. Call us
within a year of your first fill up to schedule your free cleaning.
Oil Tank Installation and Removal
We install complete new heating systems, high efficiency boilers,
furnaces, oil burners, central air conditioning, steam humidifiers,
and radiant floor heating. We can provide at no cost, no obligation,
quotes on your equipment needs.
Oil Tank Insurance
For Oil Tank Insurance, we suggest customers contact George
