If your heat doesn't come on:
- Check the thermostat.
Is it set above room temperature, or set to the "heat"
setting?;
- Check that the heating system switches are on.
They could be red, probably located in a stairwell or closet,
and one near the heating unit;
- Check the oil tank gauge to make sure you have fuel;
- Check the unit's circuit breaker or fuses;
- Press the reset button on the burner relay ONCE (and
only once!).
If you don't know where that button is, call us;
- If the unit comes on and stays on, you're all set.
If it comes on for about 90 seconds or less, and then quits,
or if it doesn't fire at all, call us at 203-335-9027
If water is leaking rapidly from heating unit or water tank:
- Shut off power to the heating unit or water tank;
- Shut off the valve that feeds the unit.
If you can't locate the valve, shut off the water main valve
at location it comes into home;
- Call us at 203-335-9027

- Call us at 203-225-9027 to re-install the oil burner
